For
several years I ran a similar group for CEOs of companies with between
$10,000,000 and $100,000,000+ in sales and you'll find some of their
testimonials on this website. I have now launched similar
groups
for small company owners who hold themselves to high standards.
"If
you do what you've always done, you'll get what you've always got" is a
wise observation. Yet change is very hard, especially when
trying
to go at it alone. Take
advantage of this unique mastermind
opportunity.
Acquire
the advanced management skills you need to do what you passionately
want to do.

_______
Questions & Answers
Q: How long is a
membership cycle?
A: A membership cycle is six months.
Q: How many people are in a Club?
A: While we will kickoff a new Club
with as few as 3 members, Clubs will eventually have between 5 and 10
members.
Q: How often does the Club meet?
A:
Clubs meet face-to-face once a month for about three hours.
We meet again on a conference call about two weeks later.
And members are in regular communication with me and each
other
throughout the month via our private email list; a tool for sharing
successes and frustrations, asking questions and sharing resources.
We aim to move to an online forum as soon as we have sufficient volume.
Q: What do
we do at the meetings?
A:
The meetings begin with a brief designed to help
everyone
think more clearly about
an specific aspect of their business. We follow a cycle:
During the first two months we'll take a close look at your strategy; during the
next two months we'll work on marketing
and during the final two months we will work on management and operations.
Each time I share simple tools that can help you
more easily make difficult business decisions then quickly get
things done.
After 6 months, we begin the cycle again.
Discussions
are lively, practical and very much to the point. We only talk
about the very real challenges and dillemmas you and the others are
facing.
Before the each meeting ends, each member commits
to a small
but significant step that he or she will take before the
teleconference two weeks
later.
Q:
What do we do on the teleconferences?
A:
About two weeks after our in-person meeting, we meet for a 1 hour
teleconference. During these calls members have the
opportunity
to briefly share success - or frustrations - and get input on current
problems and dillemas. For the final 25 - 30 minutes I will
share
some brief ideas and tools that all members can benefit from
immediately. This segment usually takes the form of a lively
discussion.
Discussions will be exploratory, although
always with a practical tool that you can begin to use immediately.
Topics might include subjects like how fear affects your decisions;
which of your beliefs slow you down and limit you and how can
you
replace them with more energizing ones; how can you become more
influential and persuasive, etc.
Q: Who else will be in my Club?
A: When
I ran peer advisory groups for CEOs of large companies, I had three
requirements. One was: "CEOs with healthy egos, not
big
egos."
The people in your group will be running small companies.
Some may be solo, others will have a handful or more
employees.
All will have healthy egos and a desire for continuous
improvement.
Q:
What other benefits are there?
A: All
Club members will receive access to a private clients only page on this
site that contains a growing repository of Simple Tools for Making
Difficult Business Decisions. Over time this will grow to
become
a comprehensive library of everything you need to know and use to
master strategy, innovation, marketing and operations and marketing.
Q:
If I join your 1 - 1 Executive Coaching Program, will I also
need to pay to join a Coaching Club?
No! All coaching clients receive the option to participate in a Small
Company Coaching Club as a free bonus.
Thinking
of the Club? Ask about upgrading to the 1-1 Executive
Coaching
Program. For just a bit more, you'll have unlimited access to
me
via phone and email and together we will work to achieve your top goals.
Ask me about it.
Q: How do I register?
A:
The first step is a telephone conversation with me.
This is
our opportunity to get to know each other better, for me to understand
where you are and where you are going. It is an opportunity
for
you to ask questions about the group and become comfortable with what
we are doing and where we are going.
Once we both feel that you
are a good fit for an existing Club or one we are forming, we'll sign
you up. It's very simple and designed to be easily affordable
for
a growing small business.
